Levi Hart

Co-Founder & CEO of Reach Reproductive Health

Levi Hart serves as the CEO and co-founder of Reach Reproductive Health, born from a vision to bring life-affirming intervention and Gospel-centered care to Greater St. Louis. Called by God and shaped by personal loss—specifically the abortion of his first child.

His story is one of redemption. After a season of incarceration and drug rehabilitation, Levi experienced radical transformation through the love of Jesus Christ. He went on to serve in youth ministry, plant and pastor a church in his former neighborhood, and speak to students about drug prevention. In 2020, Levi answered a clear call to the pro-life movement, joining Thrive St. Louis before cofounding Reach in 2024.

As CEO, he leads with vision, compassion, and a commitment to empowering both parents and children, seeing babies saved and families follow Jesus. He oversees operations, development, and ReachHim—our fatherhood mentorship program. Levi is a servant leader, strategist, and storyteller who focuses on building culture with purpose. Outside of his work with Reach, he enjoys adventures with his wife and four children, preaching/speaking, outdoor activities, journaling, reading, and tending his garden. His daily motivation is rooted in Romans 12:2—being transformed and walking in God’s good, perfect, and pleasing will.
