Linda Friere

Senior Regional Programs Manager; Sidewalk Advocates for Life

Linda Freire serves as a Senior Regional Programs Manager at Sidewalk Advocates for Life, advising sidewalk advocacy teams serving in the in the southern region of the United States. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, her pro-life story began with the heartbreak of abortion. After receiving God’s mercy and healing, Linda knew her witness could change hearts.  Linda started volunteering at her local pregnancy center to help pregnant women in crisis, as well as quietly praying in front of abortion facilities. While studying for her doctorate in physical therapy, Linda was sent to Utah where, through God’s providence, she participated in a local March for Life and received training with SAFL. She knew she had to bring this life-saving program back home to South Florida, where there were over 25 abortion facilities!
Passionate about healing, Linda received training in prayer ministry from John Paul II Healing Center and served on healing-after-abortion retreats. She is committed to her church and Catholic community that has helped her in her journey. Linda is now married, with 4 beautiful children in heaven and one on earth; her heart is also for those that have suffered miscarriages. She is on fire to continue serving the Lord and his kingdom and knows that her story is only for His glory.
